Not only can it extend the service life, but it can also bring higher efficiency to daily work. Therefore, attention should be paid to the maintenance and upkeep of the tile press during daily use.

1. Strictly follow the instructions of the color steel tile press. Non-designated personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the equipment, and the machine must stop when people leave.

Perform regular maintenance on the hydraulic oil pump. The hydraulic oil in the oil pump should be replaced and refilled regularly, and the electrical parts should be checked regularly to see if they are working properly.

When refueling (pay attention to maintaining the oil level), be strict and do not allow reversal to avoid misoperation and reversal of the pump.

Check the oil level in the fuel tank every week. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil. It should not exceed 70°C. The system oil temperature should be between 35°C and 60°C.

If it is too high, it will cause the deterioration and damage of the oil quality and accessories. The oil should be changed after the new machine has been working for 2000 hours. The oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed.

2. Cleaners cannot be used on hydraulic components. Hydraulic components (substrates, valves, motors, pumps, oil pipes, etc.) should be cleaned every month to prevent dirt from entering the system.

Check whether there is any deformation in the bends of each oil pipe. After using the new machine for one month, if there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After two months of use, the connections of all accessories should be tightened. When doing this work, the machine should be turned off and the system should be free of pressure.

3. Always check whether the machine is in good ground contact and turn off the power in time.

4. Always check whether there are any foreign objects on the feed inlet shaft to confirm the quality of the boards and ensure safe power consumption.

5. If there is a relevant alarm on the machine tool or other filter abnormalities such as unclean oil, and if the color steel tile press is found to be faulty, connect the emergency stop button, wait until the pressure is released, then turn off the voltage, check the cause, and eliminate the fault.
