The structural principle of the Jiaochi tile press equipment is basically the same as that of the tile press equipment. Regular maintenance can extend the life of the equipment and generate more economic benefits. Although the Jiaochi tile press is easy to operate and maintain, those who do not understand the structure and operating procedures of the equipment are not allowed to start the machine.

The Jiaochi tile press is easy to maintain. There are usually three parts that need maintenance, namely the filter, hydraulic components, and hydraulic oil circuit. Here is a brief introduction to the maintenance methods:

1. Filter part

(1) Every time you change the oil, the filter should be cleaned or replaced.

(2) The air filter on the fuel tank needs to be inspected and cleaned every three months and replaced every other year.

(3) When there is any alarm on the equipment or the filter is abnormal, it should be replaced in time.

2. Hydraulic components part

(1) The hydraulic parts (substrate, valves, motors, oil pumps, oil pipes, etc.) must be cleaned every month. In order to prevent stolen goods from entering, it is best not to use cleaning agents;

(2) After using the new equipment for one month, you should promptly check whether the bends of each oil pipe are deformed. If there are any abnormalities, replace them in time. After two months of use, all fasteners should be inspected and tightened frequently.

3. Hydraulic oil circuit part

(1) Check the oil level of the mailbox regularly. When the oil level is low, hydraulic oil should be added in time.

(2) The system oil temperature should be maintained between 35°C and 60°C, and cannot exceed 70°C. Excessive oil temperature will cause deterioration and damage to the oil quality and accessories.

(3) The hydraulic oil of the new tile press should be replaced after 2,000 hours of use. After that, the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 4,000-6,000 hours of operation. The oil tank should be cleaned every time the hydraulic oil is replaced.
