If we want thin or thick plates, we must adjust the gap between the upper and lower rows of forming rollers. When we need to press thin plates, we need to reduce the gap to ensure the forming effect of the thin plates.

If you want to press a thick plate, you need to make the gap larger. The thickness of the plate should just pass through the distance between the rolling forming shafts of the roll forming machine. Otherwise, if the gap is too small, it will cause difficulty in operating the roll forming machine or the plate cannot be obtained. If it is too large, the molding effect will be poor.

Although it seems easy to adjust the gap with the roll forming machine, a little carelessness can lead to other problems such as deviation and size differences.
